Through media arts education, Wide Angle Youth Media cultivates and amplifies the voices of Baltimore youth to engage audiences across generational, cultural, and social divides. Our programs inspire creativity and instill confidence in young people, empowering them with skills to navigate school, career, and life.

DIRECTIONS

Driving

• From Downtown: Get on 83 North. Pass the Chase Street Exit. Stay right and take the 28th Street/Druid Park Lake Drive Exit. Stay right again as the ramp splits and take the 28th Street exit. Proceed on West 28th Street, passing a gas station and a 7-11. At the next light, turn RIGHT onto Howard Street. Make a LEFT onto 26th Street.

• From the South: Take I-95 North toward Baltimore. Merge onto I-395 N via Exit 53 toward Downtown. Take the Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd Exit. Merge onto Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. and proceed for about 2 miles. Make a slight left onto North Howard Street. Go through the small tunnel and over the bridge, and through the intersection at North Avenue. Turn LEFT onto 26th Street.

• From the North: 95 South to 695 West. Merge onto I-83 South towards Baltimore. Take the 28th Street/ Druid Park Lake Drive Exit #7. Stay left and take the 28th Street ramp. Proceed on West 28th Street, passing a gas station and a 7-11. At the next light, turn RIGHT onto Howard Street. Make a LEFT onto 26th Street.

Parking

Street parking is available on Howard Street and 26th Street. From 9am-6pm, guests can park in the open parking lot on the corner of 26th & Howard. The entrance to the lot is off Mace Alley accessible from 26th Street. Please note that at 6pm the gate closes and guests will need to have a staff member let them back into the lot.

To enter the building

From 26th Street, walk NORTH on Howard to the alley between 26th and 27th Streets. Turn RIGHT into the alley – there is a sign for “Miller’s Court Business Entrance.” At the glass door there is a keypad. Select “Wide Angle Youth Media,” and someone in our office will meet you at the door. Do not enter through the Residential Entrance – it does not connect!
